Booked us for white water rafting instead of climbing, and upon realizing their mistake told us a climbing guide would not be available. Made no effort to resolve their mistake, and after asking for a discount offered $5 off and blamed the mistake on us. Was really looking forward to climb, disappointed with management.
Spaghetti was our guide yesterday and he was great. Good lines down the rapids and good laughs. The whole outfitter alone was amazing. We will be back! All great people.
We had a great time. They took care of us, especially my two reluctant daughters. They are located in a very secluded section, where you feel that you are on your own private river. Just an amazing experience for both young and older people!

First time white water rafting. We did the Summer Cheat Narrows 3pm trip and it was the best first experience ever! Not too rough nor too boring, and the guides were extremely friendly and helpful! Pricing was very decent as well. Overall highly recommend for families and everyone basically!
